Guido Zaffaroni
Born in Milan on 17 January 1958, married with three children.
In 1983, graduated from Università Luigi Bocconi, Milan, in Business Administration, with a focus on freelance professional activities, with a thesis on “Internal control systems and dependability of company data”.
From 1985 to 1987, he worked as a Business Administration assistant professor at Università Bocconi, and, from 1987 to 1991, taught courses on company auditing at the Company Management School of the University.
With “Il Sole24Ore” he published a highly successful manual with the relative software “Le previsioni finanziarie col Personal Computer” (“Financial Forecasting with a Personal Computer”).
In 1992, he passed the CONSOB test pursuant to Italian Presidential Decree (13) 136/1975 (“Qualification for the Certification of Listed Companies”).
He has been a certified public accountant since the role was established.
He is registered with the Register of Technical Consultants to the Court of Milan, for the category of chartered accountants (evaluations and audits), and with the Register of judicial administrators in the field of companies.
He began his professional activity as an auditor in 1983, as a partner of Eurorevisione sas in 1988; since 1992, he has worked as a chartered accountant.
