Starting work
Having defined the lines of action, planned our commitment and resources, appointed a professional to head the team entrusted with the task, we get down to work.
It may take a few day to complete our task, as in the case of a simple control of the accounts, or it may take years, when it comes to leading a business out of a crisis. Irrespective of the time it takes, our action relies on on-going communications with the clients, to be able to focus on the objectives and progressively specify the modalities and the extent of the intervention.
