Project
Once we have accepted an assignment, we define an intervention plan, outlining the possible alternatives identified, and illustrating the risks and opportunities entailed.
The project amounts to identifying the course to be followed, knowing that, as our work progresses, adjustments will have to made as a function of evolving conditions.
If deemed necessary, the project is defined with the aid of selected professionals who do no belong to our firm but with whom we can work as a team.
